CrossFit Stafford TEAM WOD
– 4 MEMBER TEAMS AMRAP 20 MIN:
THE WOD BEGINS WITH ONE PERSON AT EACH EXERCISE. THE PERSON AT THE ROWER ROWS 200 M AND THEN STARTS THE ROTATION OF THE TEAM BY RELIEVING THE PERSON AT THE RING DIPS. THE PROCESS CONTINUES WITH THE PERSON AT RING DIPS RELIEVING KBS, THE PERSON AT KBS RELIEVING MED BALL CLEANS, AND THE PERSON AT MED BALL CLEANS BEGINNING THE 200M ROW. THE REP COUNT AT EACH EXERCISE IS CONTINUED BY THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER AND AT THE END OF 20 MINS IS TOTALED FOR THE TEAM’S TOTAL SCORE.
