THE BEAR COMPLEX CONSISTS OF A POWER CLEAN, A FRONT SQUAT, A PUSH-PRESS, A BACK SQUAT AND ANOTHER PUSH-PRESS.  NO RESTING OR REGRIPPING DURING THE ROUND.
