•             10 LUNGES

•             10 HOLLOW ROCKS

•             10 DOUBLE UNDERS

THEN:

•             AGILITY COURSE (SET UP BY AM CLASS)

•             5 MIN EACH  STATION ON SKILLS

o             RINGS (PUSHUPS, PULLUPS, PLANKS - 1 ARM EXT)

o             HANDSTANDS (WALKS, HOLDS, PUSHUPS)

o             L-SITS (WORK TOWARDS 30 SEC HOLD)
