o ROW (FOR CALORIES)
* 3 ROUNDS OF ONE MINUTE AT EACH OF THE FIVE STATIONS FOLLOWED BY ONE MINUTE OF REST PRIOR TO COMMENCING THE NEXT ROUND.
THE CLOCK DOES NOT RESET OR STOP BETWEEN EXERCISES. ON CALL OF "ROTATE," THE ATHLETES MUST MOVE TO NEXT STATION IMMEDIATELY FOR GOOD SCORES. ONE POINT IS GIVEN FOR EACH REP, EXCEPT ON THE ROWER WHERE EACH CALORIE IS ONE POINT. THE ATHLETE’S SCORE IS THE TOTAL OF ALL POINTS.
