“JACKIE”:  FOR TIME:

  • 1000 METER ROW
  • 50 THRUSTERS (#45)
  • 30 PULLUPS

THIS WILL BE RUN IN HEATS.  EVERYONE WILL START WITH THE 1000M ROW.

       **EXTRA CREDIT:  30 GHD SITUPS; 30 GHD “SNAKE” HIP AND BACK EXT

***SKILL WORK:  PISTOLS
