TEAMS OF 2 OR 3
(SHARE THE REPS BETW ALL PARTNERS, RUN TOGETHER SHARING THE SLEDGE HAMMER). 

TEAMS WILL START AT DIFFERENT STATIONS AND ROTATE DOWN THE LIST OF EXERCISES.

FOR TIME:

•             150 ALTERNATING ARM BATTLE ROPES (1 ARM = 1 REP)

•             6 ROPE CLIMBS (SUB 10 PULLUPS PER 1 ROPE CLIM

•             50 WALL BALL TOSS OVER PULLUP BAR STATION

•             SLED PULL TO MAILBOX AND BACK (#135)

•             30 STRONG MAN LIFTS W/ATLAS STONE OR BARREL

•             100 HITS ON TIRE WITH SLEDGE HAMMER

•             1 MILE RUN TOGETHER WITH 1 SLEDGE HAMMER (TO CHURCH JUST PAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)

**EXTRA CREDIT:  20 K2E

***SKILL WORK:  GOAT
